Quarterly Update
I've got to get better at updating the blog more often! What have we been doing the last three months?
Getting dressed by ourselves results in this sometimes.

In January we hit NJ and NY to visit some of Josh's family and family friends.

Meeting Mickey and Minni.

In February we road tripped to Atlanta (not recommended with 2 kids and a dog) to celebrate Uncle Marc's engagement to soon to be Aunt Lauri. Awe, aren't they cute?!

Congrats Uncle Adam and Aunt Kim, we are so excited for you guys!

The Atlanta crew gets together to catch up and meet Rylee.

Adam entertains the little ones.

Sadly some of our friends moved from Austin to DC but before they left we got two families from Dallas down for a weekend. We spent Saturday morning at Zilker park followed by lunch at Uncle Billy's.

Avery started a soccer class. It requires some parent participation so these are the only shots I've managed to get.

Spring is time for dillo dirt and for those of you not familiar with this smelly time, dillo dirt is some sort of top soil and manure mix. Avery wanted to help daddy, so she got our her sand shovel and she dug right in. Let me just tell you, the pictures don't do it justice.

Sometimes ya just gotta sleep on the floor.

Milk coma.

Check out that pretty girl up there in the funny mirror.

Grandma and Grandpa came to visit while Josh was in London for a week for work. It was all of our very first time to the Austin rodeo. It was so much fun I can't wait to go back next year. Who knew cows could actually be pretty!

Avery and I had stick horse races!

Avery held a baby pig! We are pretty sure she never realized what it was.

I love my Gramps.

The boat is back! So guess what that means we will be doing this summer. That's right, Avery will be driving.

And Rylee will be co-pilot.

Or sleeping.

Luckenbach.

Avery also started a swimming class. I swam with her the first three classes before she was moved up to the next class.

Avery at the newest splash pad.

Avery can spell her last name but she doesn't know her colors. We talk about colors all the time, sometimes she gets them right but most of the time she answers with her favorite color of the day. Sometimes I swear she is color blind but then she can match colors correctly. Other times I think she answers incorrectly on purpose. Hmmm.....
Rylee is now starting physical therapy two times a month to help strengthen her arms and torso. She is also chewing on her hands, her toes, your hands, anything she can find. I gotta wonder if she has some teeth coming in already.
